关于国内酒店集团发展的思考

酒店的集团化经营是酒店业发展方向。面对目前国内酒店业严峻的市场形势，酒店业需要积极发展酒店集团以提升管理水平，调整结构，提高效益。然而，国内酒店集团的发展，外受境外酒店集团的逼压，内受国内酒店业经营管理体制所阻，本身在发展战略等方面也有不足，因而尽管已有多年发展，但成功的不多。国内酒店集团迫切需要转变经营观念，调整发展战略，增强资金实力，主动开拓市场，重视人力资源的开发等，以获得发展。

Thoughts on Developing Domestic Hotel Groups

Operating and managing by hotel groups is the developing direction of hotel industry in the world. At present, facing to the austere situation, Chinese hotel industry needs adjusting the structure, improving the management level and economic efficiency by developing domestic hotel groups. However, because of the oppression from the foreign hotel groups, the bars of the operation and management system of state owned hotels and their own shortages, although the domestic hotel groups have developed for many years, few of them are successful. On the author's view, it should be the right choice of the domestic hotel groups to change their operating thoughts, adjust strategies, strengthen capital power, actively exploit market and value personal resource.
