| 摘 要： | 通过对我国CLEN的分析，追踪CLEN政策变化，探究其对本科护理教育的影响，思考本科护理教学改革，提出在本科护理专业课程体系、课程设置、教学方法、考试模式上均应与行业准入的CLEN接轨，这对促进本科护生知识、能力和职业素质的全面协调发展，适应CLEN，提高护生参加CLEN的通过率和就业率将起到积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the evolution of CLEN policy and the influence of CLEN on nursing education, this paper argues that the syllabus, teaching methodology and test of nursing education should follow the mode of CLEN, which provides the nursing education with a guidance. And the application of CLEN guiding principles in nursing education may enhance the integrated development of nurse--major students, and therefore may improve the CLEN test results which will be an advantage for the students in the job market. |
