初探中国近期经济投资过热与结构失衡

自1978年中国实行改革开放以来,我国经济平均每5年就要出现一次较大的经济波动;而自1994年以来中国的经济经历了通胀“瓶颈”和最近一次始于2003年并正在持续中的投资过热倾向,如何走出隐藏其后的经济发展结构失衡阴影,如何使中国经济真正实现高速、合理、稳定的和谐发展,本文从调整国家宏观政策、完善汇率和货币政策等方面进行了探讨。

Overheated Economic Investment and the Imbalanced Structure

Since China implemented the policy of reform and opening up in 1978, Chinese economy has witnessed big fluctuations every five years on average. It has survived the "bottleneck" of inflation since 1994 and is still striking with the tendency of over-investment from 2003. In order to get rid of the effect of economic structural imbalance and make Chinese economy develop in a high speed reasonably and stably, the paper makes discussion from the aspects of the adjustment of macroeconomic policies and improvement of the exchange rate and monetary policies.
