加快西部大开发要有新理念

本文对西部大开发从多个方面提出了研究思路,指出西部发展战略应是一种适度倾斜的非均衡协调发展战略,认为要加快西部大开发,必须加快东西部城市的经济合作,从注重地区比较优势转变为培育企业竞争优势,尤其是要调整西部金融战略,改变西部资金的流向,建立资金向东部向西部的“回流”机制,从根本上解决制约西部经济发展的资金不足问题。

Speeding up the Economic Development of West China Should Have A New Viewpoint

This Paper offers a research thought on western regions' development from several respective and points out that the development strategy should be appropriately favorable to western regions and non-equilibruim coordinated growth. In order to speed up the development of western regions, economic cooperation between eastern and western cities must be enhanced and comparative advantage of each area should be changed into fostering firms' competition advantage, especially adjust the financial strategy of western regions. This will change the direction of circulating funds and establish the back-flow mechanism of circulating funds from east to west and solve the problem of fund shortage in western regions, which has been restricting the economic development of western regions.
