| 摘 要： | 从提高环境监测管理水平，适应高速发展的环境保护工作需要出发，阐述了ＧＢ／Ｔ１９０００标准管理模式的理论和指导原则对环境监测管理的适用性，并介绍了环境监测管理体系应用ＧＢ／Ｔ１９０００管理模式的具体步骤，是确保环境监测管理更加系统化、规范化、科学化、更能满足环境管理需要的尝试。

| Abstract: | Based on the environment supervision and management, adaptaion to the high development of evi-ronrrient protection, this article discusses the adaptability and instruction principle for the management model of GB/T 19000 for the environment supervision and management. The author also introduces the application experience of GB/T 19000 in the environment supervision managment system and points out that this system is the guarantee to make the environment supervision and management more systematic, standardized and scientific in order to meet the needs fo the environment management. |
