摘    要:薪酬分配制度是人力资源管理的重要内容,在地勘单位的改革与发展中,分配制度的改革是深化改革的突破口,是企业发展的动力源。分配制度改革解决得好,全面深化地勘单位改革就会收到事半功倍的效果。要加大要素参与分配的力度,为更好地吸引和稳定人才,结合薪酬分配改革,建立特薪制度。加大民主参与的力度,提高工资收入分配的透明度。薪酬改革必须贯彻落实以人为本的科学发展观,通过分配制度的改革,建立科学的薪酬管理体系。

Abstract:Salary distribution system is one of the important contents of human resource management. The distribution system is the breach of deepening the reform of geological and prospecting enterprises and is motive power of enterprise development. Successful finish of the distribution system reform would promote efficiently deepening reform of geological and prospecting enterprises. The role of key elements should be enhanced in the reform of salary distribution system and special reward distribution system should be established as so to attract the more new technical talents and make former cadres not to leave away. The scope of public attendance in the reform should be enlarged and the transparency in the salary distribution should be increased. The principal of the people foremost and the scientific concept of development strategy ought to be carried out and new scientific salary management system ought to be built up in the distribution system reform.
