| 摘 要： | 生产统计对于企业经营管理来说,它贯穿于企业管理的始终,在企业经营管理中发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。通过对发电厂影响产品成本各项指标的统计、整理、分析,采取一系列行之有效的措施挖掘潜力、采取干算结合、改进生产管理、提高经济效益;监督企业生产经营活动.对生产统计在企业经营管理中的作用进行分析。同时,还对生产统计工作提出了几点建议。
