| 摘 要： | 基于对我国农村经纪人组织现状的分析研究,围绕如何提高农民收入这个根本问题,提出了农村经纪人组织形式创新的必要性。并对农村经纪人合伙组织和经纪人有限责任公司两种形式进行了探索,进而为农村经纪人组织的进一步发展给出了几点建议。 |

| Abstract: | The paper is based on the analysis and research of the status of rural broker,focusing on bow to improve the in- come of peasants so as to raise the need for innovative forms of organization of rural brokers. And it explores the partner or- ganizations of rural brokers and the limited liability companies of rural brokers and gives some points about rural brokers or- ganizations for the further development. |
