| 摘 要： | 武山铜矿从2004年开始在南矿带推行了下向胶结充填试验,成功后在2007年推广到北矿带,不仅为井下开采提供了安全保证,同时大大提高了采矿生产能力。主要是采用分级尾砂和普通硅酸盐水泥按不同比例进行胶结充填。最大的特点是给料采用立式砂仓风水造浆给料、采场用锚杆方式竖向布筋、对采空区充填时采取少量多次的方法。结果表明该方法在强化充填体的稳定性,扩大采矿进路的断面、减少顶板的支护成本及改善作业环境等方面取得了很好的效果。
