辽宁成大多元化战略决策因素研究

摘    要:随着中国经济飞速发展和市场竞争的加剧,许多企业为生存及发展壮大,逐步探索走多元化之路。本文根据多元化理论和能力键理论,通过对辽宁成大的多元化发展之路进行剖析发现:企业在专业化领域发展积累到一定程度时,进行适度的多元化扩张可以有效分散经营风险,为企业创造新的利润增长点;但是多元化并非无止境,必须把握一定的度,否则会丧失原本专业化经营的业绩优势。研究表明,企业要想成功实施多元化战略,多元化战略的时机选择与能力配备缺一不可。首先要在专业领域有所建树,其次才是有限多元化,且在多元化战略实施过程中必须注重培养企业风险控制能力、跨行业投资决策能力以及保证多元化经营的资本运作能力,从而提高企业经营系统的安全性,避免因多元化扩张导致自身骼入经营困境。

Abstract:With China's rapid economic development and intensifying market competition,many enterprises are gradually exploring the path to diversification in order to survive and grow. In light of the diversification and key capacity theories, this paper analyzes the diversified develop- ment of Liaoning Chengda,and the findings arc: as follows: When the development of enterprises in the areas of specialization accumulated to a certain extent, moderate diversified expansion can effectively disperse operational risks and create new profit growth points. However, enterprises must be discreet about their choices instead of striving to diversify limitlessly,otherwise they will lose the advantage in their original specialized operation. This study shows that in successfully im-plementing the diversification strategy, neither timing nor capacity readiness is dispensable. First-ly,enterprise must be successful in its specialized area,and then takes slow steps in diversifica-tion. Enterprises must try to improve their risk control ability,cross-industry investment decision-making ability as well as a powerful capital operation capability, so as to enhance the security of the business system and avoid operational difficulties caused by diversification expansion.
