| 摘 要： | 通过对芜湖市生活垃圾的产生、构成、处理情况的分析,把城市生活垃圾的产生、收集、清运、处理处置等过程看作一个整体,改传统的垃圾末端消极处理为首端积极控制,从垃圾管理、垃圾处置、垃圾资源化为一体的系统角度出发,基于垃圾处理的减量化、无害化、资源化原则,探索解决芜湖市生活垃圾处理的措施与对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the situation of generation constitution and treatment of domestic garbage in Wuhu City is analyzed and studies, the course of garbage generation collection carrying and treatment is looked on as a whole, altering terminal treatment passively into control positively at first, starting with the system of garbage management garbage treatment and garbage resourcing, considering the principle of decreasing unharm resourcing during treating domestic garbage steps and countermeasures of resolving domestic garbage in Wuhu city are explored. |
