| Abstract: | What kind of theory should be used is the most important problem Chinese enterprises facing when they operate transnational business. This paper not only describes the main content of the marginal industry expansion theory, but also emphasizes that the status of Chinese enterprises with foreign direct investment is suitable to this theory. According to this theory, a number of recommendations for transnational operations of Chinese enterprises are made. |
