| 摘 要： | 目前中小企业融资困难重重,一个根本的问题就是中小企业相关的企业信用信息严重缺失,使银行等金融机构在是否考虑对中小企业融资时存在顾虑。因而,要想从根本上缓解中小企业融资难的问题,当务之急就是建立一个以举报核销机制为中心的全面反映中小企业信用的征信体系。 |

| Abstract: | A fundamental problem for SME financing difficulties at present is serious deficiencies in credit information related to small and medium enterprises,which results in worries for the financial institutions when considering whether to finance SMEs.Therefore,it＇s an urgent task to establish a tip-off and verification mechanism-centered credit reference system so as to fundamentally ease the difficult problem of SME financing. |
