| 摘 要： | 基于已有农民工就业稳定性的宏观测量指标,通过对2008~2013年全国农民工监测调查报告数据的分析表明:我国农民工总量增长率和就业弹性系数波动较为明显,农民工就业的产业间转换率并不高。就业供给总量增长较快与经济增长速度放缓、就业岗位需求不能同比增长的矛盾是我国农民工就业不稳定的主要原因。

Measurement of the Migrant Workers ＇ Employment Stability Based on the Macro perspective |

| Abstract: | Based on the macro measurement index of the migrant workers＇ employment stability and a- nalysis of monitoring report on national migrant workers from 2008 to 2013, the paper finds that the growth rate of migrant workers and employment elasticity coefficient fluctuate significantly, and migrant workers＇ employment conversion rate between different industries is not high. Rapid growth in labor supply, slowing economic growth and comparative low labor demand are the main reasons for unstable employment of mi- grant workers. |
