| 摘 要： | 商业银行安全是金融安全的重中之重,因此,国际金融界和各国政府都十分重视防范商业银行危机。本文运用统计理论与方法,从银行内部管理不善、贷款过于集中、投机行为、宏观经济形势恶化、贷款人的逆向选择及道德风险、同业竞争过度等角度系统分析了商业银行危机的产生原因与机制,商业银行危机产生的原因。

| Abstract: | Security of Commercial banks is an important part of financial security,so it has been a key project for all the countries in the world to avoid commercial banks' crisis.The paper,from a systematic way and with statistical methods,analyzes the causes and the mechanism of commercial banks' crisis,including mismanagement within banks,too much loans,speculative behavior,deterioration of the macro economic situation,moral risk,intensive competition among banks and so on. |
