| Abstract: | Performance management has been a hot issue among China's corporations.But in practice,the concept lacking of powerful tools and carriers doesn't match the real process.From the aspects of strategic demand and reality of the corporation,constructing a performance management system based on information system will provide more comprehensive,accurate and effective performance management tools and ameliorate the core competence of the corporation. |
