| 摘 要： | 在知识经济的今天，人力资源对企业的生存和发展起着举足轻重的作用。为了能有效解决人力资本的收益分配、价值计量及对外披露等一系列问题，有必要对其根源——人力资本的产权界定进行讨论，以期能通过明确人力资本的产权属性，实现人力资本参与企业剩余收益分配的目的，并推进人力资本相关理论和实践的发展。
