| 摘 要： | 本文就中美有关中国铜版纸反倾销和反补贴税WTO磋商案涉及的法律问题进行了分析。本文认为,美国对中国补贴指控缺乏专向性要素,特别是在事实性专向性上没有肯定性的证据。美国采用37国平均银行利率替代中国国内银行的利率来衡量中国补贴的利益的基准,这是没有WTO协定和案例的支持的。美国在反倾销和反补贴叠加采用上,也有其不合理因素。

| Abstract: | The principle of adaptive antenna array algorithm is discussed,and then the effects of multipath interference on the performance of smart antennas is further analyzed through simulations on anti-multipath interference of smart antennas with LMS algorithm,under a multipath channel.The simulation results illustrate that the anti multipath interference performance changes with single spatial distribution and single amplitude. |
