| Abstract: | According to the new situation and new problem in China Teleeom Guangxi Branch, the article expounds the importance of the corporate culture and building the methods of the corporate culture construction combined with the enterprises＇ reality, also indicates the enterprises should emancipate the mind, embranee reform and innovation, and construct the advanced corporate culture. Therefore, the spirit role of corporate culture provides the strong support in the enterprises＇ reform, development and stability. |
