企业社会责任工作实施举措探析

企业社会责任（简称社会责任）近年来已逐渐成为世界性共识,得到了社会的普遍认可。企业如何在维持企业正常运营的同时,更好地履行社会责任是我们探讨的问题。文章以中国移动通信集团广西有限公司（以下简称中国移动广西公司）为例,对企业通过打造区市两级一体的矩阵式虚拟管理团队,强化日常管理、员工志愿活动等各方面的工作作了初步的探讨,以期为企业更好地推动企业社会责任工作的顺利开展提供思路与做法。

A Pilot Study on the Taking up of Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility, or the CSR for short, has become a common understanding across the globe and has emerged in to every comer of our society. There comes a new subject for us to explore ways to better practice the CSR in the daily operation of the enterprise. Analyzing the case of China Mobile Guangxi Co., Ltd. （hereafter referred to as ＂Guangxi Company＂ ）, the article explores ideas and guidance for the better delivering of the CSR on the part of the enterprise trough its pilot study on such various aspects as matrix form of management team, routine management reinforcement and volunteering activities.
