| Abstract: | The article briefs on the development of ST enterprise incubator, epitomizes the success stories in the ＂tenth five year plan＂ tenure, studies the existing challenges and sets up the proposal to fully implement the outline of the 11 th five year plan： the development of Chinese ST enterprise incubator, to build the capacity of resource integration and to explore ways to develop differentiated incubator. |
