基于钻石理论的中国家电连锁行业发展思考

文章以Michael Porcer的钻石理论作为基本分析框架，结合我国家电连锁行业发展的实际情况，通过对影响该行业发展的四个关键要素和两个变数的深入分析，认为我国家电连锁行业的产业竞争优势还没有形成，由此提出了向优秀的国外家电连锁企业学习、改善与供应商的关系、提高企业的整体运营效率以及更新理念并提升服务水平等思路来推动我国家电连锁行业的发展。

Thinking of Chinese Home Appliance Chain Industrial Development Based on Diamond Theory

In line with the current situation of development of Chinese home appliance chain industry, this paper uses Michael Porter＇s Diamond Theory to analyze four crucial factors as well as two variable parameters that affect Chinese home appliance chain industrial development, and then come to the conclusion that the competitive advantage of the Chinese home appliance chain industry does not conic into being. In the light of this. the authors of this paper provide some countermeasures to enhance the development af Chinese home appliance chain industry, ineluding learn from the excellent companies in the same industry, make better relationship with supplier, improve the merall operation efficiency of the company, renew idea as well as improve service quality.
