浅析城市政体理论的发展与运用

城市的发展早已经不仅仅是物质层面、经济层面上的问题。随着城市规模的不断扩大和城市人群的日趋多元化,更多的城市问题被理解成为社会问题、政治问题。城市研究者把眼光转向城市内部,通过观察城市政府的政治行为,探索社会经济活动中政治结构的存在和发展规律。城市政体理论(UrbanRegimeTheory)即为探索该问题的理论流派。本文意在介绍这一思潮的基本思想、理论根源和发展历程,以及其在中国语境下的解读和运用。

On city government theory's development and application

The urban development is now no longer a physical or economic matter. As the continuous growing and pluralizing of the urban population, more and more urban problems appear to be social issues or political issues for us. By observing the political activities of city government, researchers are now trying to look down through city economic and social activities, exploring the existing and developing of a political structure beneath. Urban Regime Theory is one of those attempts. This article is an introduction of some basic viewpoints, theoretical foundation stones and the developing history of the Urban Regime theory. It also contains some understandings of regime thoughts in the circumstance of modern China.
