| 摘 要： | 综合经营是一把＂双刃剑＂,在为商业银行带来协同效应、规模经济、范围经济等益处的同时,也为风险的系统性传递提供了土壤。因此在商业银行综合经营的大趋势下,构建风险预警机制成为一个首要核心问题。本文在研究发达国家商业银行综合经营模式以及我国商业银行综合经营发展现状与展望的基础上,从系统性风险和非系统性风险角度构建了商业银行综合经营的风险预警机制。

| Abstract: | Comprehensive operation is some kind of ″two-edged sword″ which can brings commercial banks a lot of benefits such as economics of scale,economics of scope,synergies and so on.But in the mean time,it also provides sufficient condition for delivering risks.Therefore,under the trend of comprehensive operation,developing risk earlywarning system becomes the big concern of today＇s world.Based on the research of comprehensive business model of commercial banks in developed countries and the development status and prospects of China＇s consolidated operation of commercial banks,this paper built up the early-warning mechanism of consolidated operation of commercial bank from systemic risk and non-systematic risk perspective. |
