| 摘 要： | 山西省作为高工业化的资源型省份,转变增长方式,推动产业结构优化升级是当下发展的重点。在山西省"十二五规划"中明确提出把山西建设成为生产性服务业大省,因此推动服务业发展将会成为产业结构优化升级的战略重点。

| Abstract: | Since Shanxi is a resource-based province of high industrialization, changing the mode of growth, optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure is the priority of current development .In Shanxi Province, "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" clearly puts forward to make Shanxi into a province of highly-developed productive service industry. Thus promoting the development of the service industry will become the strategic focus to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure. |
