基于心理契约的企业员工职业生涯管理

摘    要:用卢梭的心理契约特征模型,从时间和雇佣条件两个纬度确立了四种不同类型的心理契约模式;同时介绍了心理契约违背时个人的四种不同行为反应模式。以模型为工具分析了企业员工在职业生涯管理过程中,职业生涯不同发展阶段员工的需求特点、心理契约模式的定位,从而提出了如何运用心理契约对职业生涯不同发展阶段的员工进行有效管理。
