| 摘 要： | 文章针对核地勘单位属地化后多种经营项目在管理和监督方面存在的诸如项目运行质量不高 ,亏多盈少 ,个别项目违法违纪等问题 ,分别从领导干部、经营管理和监督制约三个层面分析了问题的成因 ,并对如何加强核地勘单位多种经营项目管理与监督提出了改进意见和措施

| Abstract: | The paper points out the problems involving in project management of geological prospecting units after its localized management, such as lower quality of project management, more lose and smaller surplus and violation of law and rule. Then, it analyses the reason from three aspects of leader, management and supervision,and it gives suggestion and measures about how to promote multi-projects management and supervision. |
