摘    要:针对快递企业拓展业务困难的情况,提出了基于快递运单发现快递公司网点周边潜在客户的方法。以北京市为例,采用网络爬虫从互联网抓取快递运单,通过对运单数据进行分析获得快递营业网点信息,利用高德开放平台提供的POI数据查询功能,发现快递网点附近潜在客户信息。研究结果表明业务量最大的几个网点占据了地区总业务量的半数以上,挖掘这些网点的业务情况,对于企业的发展有启发意义。研究成果可为快递企业进行竞争性客户分析提供支撑,也可为快递企业进行市场推广提供辅助支撑。

Abstract:In this paper,in view of the difficulties experienced by express companies in business expansion,we proposed a method for discovering potential customers around express company outlets based on express waybills.Taking Beijing as an example,we used the web crawler to grab express waybill data from the Internet,and through analyzing the data,obtained information about the express business outlets.Next,using the POI data query function provided by the AutoNavi open platform,we managed to find information about potential customers near the express outlets.The result of the study shows that the several outlets with the largest business volume account for over half of the total business in the region.Excavating the business conditions of these outlets is instructive for the development of enterprises and the research result can provide support for express companies to conduct competitive customer analysis,and also provide auxiliary support for express companies in market expansion.
