我国农地流转制度效率分析

在市场经济环境下,农地有效流转是农地资源优化配置和增加农民收入的重要途径。文章基于我国农地流转效率较低的事实,从制度方面分析了其原因所在,并对农地流转制度效率进行分析。文章首先介绍了农地流转的相关背景,然后在阐述了制度与制度效率关系的基础上,引入＂短板＂理论,用于从制度结构的角度分析制度效率,并对促进农地有效流转提出了针对性的建议。

Efficiency of the System of China's Rural Land Circulation

Under the surroundings of market economy,rural land circulation is the significant channel for optimal allocation of rural land resources and the growth of peasants＇ income.This article analyzed the reasons from the factor of system and the efficiency of rural land circulation system based on the low efficiency of China＇s rural land circulation.The writer initially introduced the relevant background of rural land circulation,and then illustrated the relationship between the system and its efficiency as a foundation of introducing the ＂short slab＂ theory.This is beneficial for us to analyze the efficiency of the system from the perspective of the system structure,as well as to propose suggestions accordingly for effectively promoting rural land circulation.
