| 摘 要： | 公司治理在家族企业研究中一直是个难点,主要困难来自家族企业契约性质的复杂性.在涉及家族社会资源和关系的家族企业治理问题中,公司治理主要针对纯经济性企业契约的治理理论存在的适用性问题.治理对象和范围的拓展将有助于研究的深入,新的理论发展需要更加重视家族影响在企业治理中的作用,并对家族本身在企业内形成的契约关系进行治理.
