| Abstract: | This paper discussed the characteristics of knowledge management in small and medium -sized enterprises in Xinjiang and pointed out problems in the knowledge management in such enterprises, namely, a weak awareness of knowledge management, inadequately shared knowledge and low information level. To solve these problems, countermeasures are put forward, such as strengthening the construction of knowledge management information system, establishing enterprise repository, building enterprise culture of knowledge management, and establishing incentive mechanism of knowledge management and so on. |
