With the progressive development of reverse logistics,an increasingly extensive attention is paid to the issue of the reverse logistics outsourcing.The preference of third party reverse logistics provider is a practical problem that confronts many enterprises now.This paper,applying analytical hierarchy process,has constructed a decision model of the providers' preference,coupled with some vivid examples which demonstrate the simplicity and efficiency of this model.This paper has certain guiding significance for companies in choosing a third party reverse logistics provider with a scientific and comprehensive view.
