山东省产业核心技术创新发展研究

山东作为经济总量全国前三的省份，产业体量大，但在核心技术创新方面还存在一定差距，急需明确方向，加大支持，实现创新突破。从产业核心技术创新发展角度分析表明山东的发展基础良好，但在基础研究、人才等方面存在较大问题，提出了强化源头创新、营造创新生态等对策建议，并围绕重点领域探讨了发展方向。

Research on the Industrial Core Technology Innovation of Shandong Province

As one of the top three provinces with the largest economic volume in the country, Shandong has a large industrial volume, but still has some shortcomings in core technological innovation. It is urgent for Shandong to clarify the direction, increase support, and achieve innovation breakthroughs. From the perspective of industrial core technology innovation and development, this article finds that Shandong has a good foundation, but has big problems in basic research and talents. It proposes countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening source innovation and creating an innovation ecology, and put forward the development direction in key areas for discussion.
