| 摘 要： | 目前南宁市工业园区发展中依然存在很多风险:产业风险,招商风险,集而不聚风险,地域根植性风险等,如果不对这些风险加强防范和控制,南宁市工业园区难以持续发展。化解园区风险,应通过合理定位规划,产业招商并发挥政府及中介机构的作用,建设南宁特色工业园区。

| Abstract: | There are some risks in the development of the industrial zone in Nanning city: industrial risk, embeddedness risk, and so on. If we don't control these risks, development of the industrial zone would be very difficult. We should program the industrial zone, and the government is important to the development of the industrial zone. |
