中国高校毕业生就业形势与对策

The Employment Situation of College Graduates in China and its Countermeasures

College graduates are the valuable human resources of our country and an important force in the process of modernization.With a certain gap to the requirements of full employment and the initial employment pay less than the average wage level,the employment situation of college graduates in China is grim and calling for appropriate measures to deal with.The difficulties for college graduates to get an employment mainly come from two aspects:First,the overall employment situation is grim,and the second,the quality of college graduates is difficult to meet the needs of society.The measures to realize full employment for college graduates in China including:developing and expanding the labor market needs;optimizing the industrial structure and expanding the capacity of employment;improving the efficiency of the labor market;improving the professional competence of the college graduates;improving and implementing the policies for employment of college graduates.
