薪酬方案结构设计案例与解读

摘    要:薪酬方案结构,一般包括总则、主体、附则三个部分。确定薪酬方案结构主体内容的决定因素有三个:一是单位在某个时点薪酬改革、薪酬优化调整的目标和具体内容;二是单位在某个时期日常薪酬管理涵盖的内容宽窄;三是单位薪酬管理涵盖的职工范围。如果一个单位薪酬改革或薪酬调整的内容较多,需要表达的内容相对繁杂,并且不宜放在一个大的文件中表达,则需要设计薪酬系列文件,由不同分工的具体文件分别表达。

Abstract:There are three parts in compensation plan structure:general principles,main body and side principles.There are also three determinants in ascertaining the main body of compensation plan structure:the objective and specific content of compensation innovation and compensation optimization,the content width of daily compensation management and the employee scope of compensation management in a certain unit during a certain period.If there are too many complex contents of compensation innovation or adjustment in a unit,it is a better way to design a series of compensation files and each describes a different content.
