北京新型城镇化与流通产业协同发展实证研究

新型城镇化建设与流通产业发展相互作用、紧密相连，在北京新型城镇化的发展后期，流通业作为国民经济的先导性产业仍会大有作为，在增强城市经济功能、提升居民生活质量、带动周边地区发展等方面发挥重要作用。本文聚焦新型城镇化背景下的北京流通产业，以研究剖析解构北京新型城镇化建设及流通产业发展之间的关系为主要内容，通过关系论证与实证研究得出了新型城镇化与流通业协同发展成熟度，并基于北京自身发展实际及京津冀协同发展重要机遇期，提出了相关发展思路。

An Empirical Study on the Cooperative Development of New Urbanization and Circulation Industry in Beijing

The construction of new urbanization is closely related to the development of circulation industry,in the late stage of the development of new urbanization in Beijing,the circulation industry as the leading industry of the national economy will play important roles in enhancing urban economic function,improving the quality of life of residents and promoting the development of the surrounding area. This paper focuses on the circulation industry in Beijing under the background of new urbanization and studies the analysis of deconstruction between Beijing New Town Construction and circulation industry development is main content, through the relationship between argu-ments and empirical study obtained new town and circulation industry collaborative development and maturity,and proposes some ways of development based on Beijing’s own actual development in Beijing,Tianjin and the coor-dinated development of an important opportunity.
