平台化和高端化：北京职业教育校企合作突围之路

2014年北京市人民政府教育督导室面向全市职业院校开展的校企合作专项调查结果显示：职业教育校企合作广泛而有区别地开展，并呈现出平台化和高端化发展新特点，但总体上仍存在不均衡、难持续等问题。为尽快适应首都产业转型升级对高素质、高技能人才需求，未来宜加快职业教育校企合作平台建设，并突破顽固性政策障碍，推动校企合作向高端发展，以切实提高职业教育人才培养效率。

Platform and High-End:The Way for School-Enterprise Cooperation to Break out of Beijing Vocational Education

The results of the city’s vocational school-enterprise cooperation survey by Education Supervision Bu-reau of people’s Government of Beijing Municipality in 2014 showed that vocational school-enterprise cooperation was carried out extensively and discriminatively,and presented the new features of platform and high-end develop-ment,but on the whole was still uneven and sustainable. As soon as possible to meet the needs of high-quality and high-skilled talents brought by industrial transformation and upgrading,in the future,Beijing should accelerate the construction of vocational school-enterprise cooperation platform, and break through the barriers of stubborn poli-cy,promote vocational school-enterprise cooperation to high-end development,in order to effectively improve the efficiency of vocational education personnel training.
