关于居民收入差距的理论思考

从收入来源和收入公开与否角度看,居民收入差距分为显性与隐性两类,对其调节的方式分为事后调节与事前调节两种。我国现阶段可运用“事前调节为主,事后调节与事前调节相结合”的方式来抑制居民收入差距的扩大,从源头上提高低收入者的机会把握能力和收入获取能力,从根本上体现社会公平。
