| 摘 要： | 文章论述了进行全国资源与生态环境综合监测系统建设的重要意义,在分析国内外开展国家尺度资源与生态环境监测现状和研究进展的基础上,提出了我国进行全国资源与生态环境监测系统的目标与总体框架, 系统主要由全国土地资源与生态环境监测和国家重点生态环境建设监测两大子系统构成, 系统运行方式包括分级监测网络、定期与日常等多种监测形式、空中遥感监测与地面实地调查相结合的监测方式。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to build up the comprehensive system of monitoring resources and eco-environment in China. In this article, the targets and overall scheme of the monitoring system is proposed, which includes two sub-systems, one is monitoring land resource and eco-environment, the other is monitoring the key eco-environment construction projects. And the running mode of the monitoring system includes monitoring network in grades, regular and usual monitor ways, monitor methods integrating remote sensing with field investigation, et al. |
