| 摘 要： | 我国中小企业信用立法的现状表现为信用管理立法不足，促进中小企业信用建设的立法缺失，信用担保业相关立法滞后。由于立法的原因，造成失信成本极低，中小企业融资信用不足，商业信用、生产信用、财务信用缺失。因此，必须大力加强中小企业信用立法，加快我国中小企业信用管理立法，健全中小企业法律体系。

| Abstract: | The status of the credit legislation of the medium-sized and small enterprises in our country is insufficient in the management,lack of legislation and lagging in legislation of credit assurance.The credit of the medium-sized and small enterprises' financing,commerce,production and accounting is losing because of the legislation.So we must strength the credit legislation and perfect the legal system of the medium-sized and small enterprises. |
