| 摘 要： | 由于内外部的压力,我国人民币汇率制度自2005年7月21日开始实行改革,2006年12月初,人民币兑美元升值超过5%。但是人民币的升值并没有改变中美贸易不平衡的现状,对我国经济的负面影响不大,对国内物价水平的影响也较小。总体来说,人民币汇率改革对我国长期经济发展是有利的,它是一个长期的、循序渐进的改革过程,需要摸着石头过河,任何急躁、冒进的想法和做法都是不切实际的。

| Abstract: | Since July 21,2005 China has reformed the RMB exchange rate mechanism,and the exchange rate of RMB to U.S dollar has risen by over 5% at the beginning of December 2006.What is going on the RMB exchange rate? There is no unanimous view.Through studying the effects of the change of RMB exchange rate mechanism on trade imbalance and its factors,this paper points out the RMB exchange rate mechanism reform couldn't cure trade imbalance and China's economic inflation,and it is a long course and advance step by step by groping its way down river by stone which match China's economic reform. |
