| Abstract: | It has been demonstrated that entrepreneurship is critical to enterprises' growth and development.Intrapreneur is the person who advocates and practices entrepreneurship in exist organizations.Based on literature review,this article analyzes individual characters of intrapreneur and the differences between intrapreneur and entrepreneur.Then the article figures out the mechanism of intrapreneur's growth. |
