| 摘 要： | 房产投资方案的选择和配置是整个房地产开发过程中最为重要的过程。针对秦皇岛目前的房地产市场投资配置不合理等问题,分析了开发销售、开发出租经营和土地一级开发等三种类型的投资方案,同时结合自己的调研与工作经验,提出了相应的投资配置建议,为秦皇岛市房产市场发挥积极作用。

| Abstract: | The real estate investment program selection and configuration is the most important process in real estate development process. Based on unreasonable problems of the current real estate market for investment allocation in Qinhuangdao,the paper analyzed three types of investment programs of the development sales,leasing management and development of grade one land development. In conjunction with research and work experience,it proposed the corresponding investment profile proposals for the housing market which plays an active role in Qinhuangdao real estate market. |
