新国际分工理论演进与工序分工理论的兴起——一个线索性文献述评

近年来全球化浪潮席卷各国,南北贸易决堤般发展,贸易流动中中间产品和服务所占比重屡创新高、工序贸易痕迹日益清晰,贸易本质正发生深刻变化。如何认清当前的国际分工和贸易的实质内涵,成为国际经济学界最为迫切的任务之一。然而,传统国际贸易理论在新形势的猛烈冲击下愈显乏力,既不能自圆其说,也与程式化事实不符。于是,不断涌现出新的分工理论,差异化分工理论应用高分位贸易流动数据修正了传统认识,工序分工理论更是在理论建模和定量研究两方面提出全新阐释。本文试图梳理归纳这些学术思想。
