城市发展成本评价指标体系的构建探讨

在我国城市化发展进入高速发展的阶段,城市发展要付出各种成本,建立城市发展成本的评价指标具有重要的时代意义。城市发展成本的评价指标应按照整体性、实用性、可操作性和动态性原则,主要从经济成本、行政管理成本、社会成本和资源环境成本四个方面构建了评价的指标体系,并对评价指标体系的运用进行了说明。

The study on establishment of city development cost index system.

With the high - speed development of urbanization, various costs have to be paid for the development of city. Therefore, the establishment of city development cost index system is important and significant. In accordance of the principles of integrity, practicability, maneuverability and development, four aspects including the cost of administration, society, economy and environment are considered to establish the index system.
