The goal of the new generation migrant workers is to settle down in the city.It’s too difficult for them to integrated into the city.Affected by policy guidance,education level,job skills and other constraints,their working and living conditions are hardship,and social security is very poor.Governments at all levels should innovate working methods and contents,try the best to help them to achieve their ideals.
