| 摘 要： | 高技术虚拟产业集群是网络经济时代下的新型组织模式,其准入退出机制通过约束成员的进入与退出来有效保障集群内环境。在分析高技术虚拟产业集群具备形成耗散结构条件的基础上,建立了高技术虚拟产业集群形成耗散结构的演化模型,设计了基于耗散结构的高技术虚拟产业集群准入退出机制,从而推动集群不断地从一个耗散结构跃升到新的耗散结构,促使集群稳步有序地成长。
