从美国次贷危机到全球金融海啸，再到世界经济衰退，本次危机的实质就是一种泡沫游戏，暴露出国际金融秩序内在的根本缺陷，即美元霸权和美国的金融霸权给了美国转嫁危机的机会。因此，国际金融秩序亟需变革；尽管当前的变革是全面的，但却远非根本性的。当前国际金融秩序的重建，是中国难得的机遇，中国可以从规则的接受者转变为制定者、从被管理者转变为管理者，进而确定世界大国的地位，谋求相应的话语权，并且可以借机提前启动人民币国际化。
