| 摘 要： | 从战术行为的训练、战术意识内涵及培养、心理活动与战术行为、战术行为的灵活性培养等方面分析了业余排球爱好者的战术行为。其战术培养要在技术熟练的基础上，运用感知能力、思维能力、情绪意志、记忆等心理活动，在正确的训练方法上形成。
